To provide master's and doctoral level education to individuals working directly or indirectly with people who have been forced to migrate within their country or to another country for various reasons, enabling them to specialize so that these individuals can exercise their human rights and freedoms without restriction; to conduct research in a national and international context.

To offer master's and doctoral programs that address migration in all its dimensions, providing postgraduate education at world standards; to increase both the number and quality of research and publications, thereby guiding refugee policies in both the short and long term; and to establish strategic partnerships with reputable academic institutions working in the field of migration to facilitate academic and student exchange.
